SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
To support the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with reporting and administrative tasks. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day financial activities and provides a strong foundation for a career in finance.Are you detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow your career in finance? Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes
- Process invoices, expense claims, and purchase orders
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and filing systems
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Assist in preparing financial reports and spreadsheets
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors as needed
- Provide administrative support to the finance team

- A degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., Pastel ,ERP Systems ,Expense re-imbursive platforms, Business banking platform)
