The Marketing and Communications Delivery Unit is looking for a motivated and creative Junior Marketing Coordinator to join our team and support various marketing initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in branding, digital marketing, content creation, and campaign execution within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Core Purpose of the Role:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns (digital and traditional)
- Create and schedule content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, etc.)
- Support the team in producing internal and external marketing materials (e.g., newsletters, presentations, case studies)
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategy
- Help maintain and update the company website and intranet with fresh content
- Assist in organizing promotional events, exhibitions, or webinars
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics and analytics
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
Additional competencies
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital tools

Qualifications
- Min. Matric
- Marketing qualification will be an advantage
Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in Consulting Engineering in Marketing environment
- Previous experience in marketing events and or conferences
