The Junior Project Document Controller provides administrative support in managing and maintaining project documentation. This entry-level role is responsible for assisting in the registration, tracking, and filing of documents, ensuring compliance with document control procedures and supporting the broader project team in daily documentation tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in registering, filing, and maintaining incoming and outgoing project documents.
- Support the project team in adhering to document control processes and naming conventions.
- Upload and organize documents within the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).
- Track document revisions and ensure correct versioning is applied.
- Help prepare transmittals and assist with document distribution to internal and external parties.
- Perform routine checks to ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.
- Support the Senior Document Controller or Project Document Controller with ad hoc tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive project information.
