POSITION SUMMARY
This position is available to South African Citizens Only.
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Cooks to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met
- Assist with inventory and stock rotation
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cook or in a similar role
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays
- 1 Year experience in a similar position
- South African Citizen
- Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Qualification
