Engaging with academic renewal of the curriculum, assessment and student support initiatives in undergraduate Mathematics.

Responsible for a significantly larger than normal undergraduate teaching and marking load.

Teaching and coordinating undergraduate Mathematics modules with large enrolments.

Fulfilling administration duties in the Mathematics Division.

Experience of teaching undergraduate Mathematics modules.

Evidence of effectiveness of academic teaching and of excellence in teaching to large classes.

Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Afrikaans.

A research interest in Mathematics and/or the scholarship of undergraduate teaching, learning and assessment in Mathematics.

A commitment to pursuing innovative teaching and assessment strategies that enhance student engagement and success.
