About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated attorney to join our dynamic AI Delivery team. The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience, possessing a deep understanding of contracting and transaction negotiation. Experience with handling IT, outsourcing or services contracts and Legal Tech or IA is highly desirable
What You’ll Do:
· Assist in the development and testing of legal and contracting technology solutions using cutting edge AI technology to streamline legal processes.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate legal considerations into product development.
· Reviewing contracts, creating and amending playbooks, redlining contracts, ensuring contract compliance with company policies and legal standards.
· Stay abreast of the latest legal tech trends and advancements to drive continuous innovation within the company.
· Gather and analyze feedback from users and clients to continuously improve our platform. Your insights will help us to ensure our solutions are always high quality.
What You’ll Need:
· Bachelor of Laws or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution.
· Admitted attorney with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification professional legal experience at a reputable firm or company.
· Strong background in contracting, with a focus on reviewing and negotiating complex transactions and agreements.
· Experience in handling IT, outsourcing or services contracts and legal issues related to services, technology and software is advantageous.
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently, prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
