Position Number: S80012
This position is a Grade: 9 - 40 with an approximate salary range of $55,200 - $67,180 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage comprehensive operations, equipment, and budgets for Additive Manufacturing Lab and MakerSpace
• Support students, faculty, and staff in design thinking, prototyping, and fabrication processes
• Develop, lead, and mentor student Tech Fellows program
• Ensure safety protocols and maintain tools and inventory management
• Coordinate with Mountaintop 3D print resources and manage 3DPrinterOS systems
• Support curriculum development and FYRE program initiatives
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related degree; Master's Degree preferred
• Three to five years of related work experience
• Expertise in Additive Manufacturing, running Direct Metal Printers, Laser Cutters, and CNC Equipment is a must
• Strong knowledge of 3D printing technologies and digital fabrication tools
• Excellent communication and mentoring abilities
• Commitment to safety protocols and best practices
