Job Description
To execute the strategy and drive the implementation and adherence to the compliance and risk policies and procedures in order to reduce risk and meet regulatory compliance. To drive the implementation of the Commercial Property Finance (CPF) strategy within Operations Shared Services in order to realise the strategic objectives of achieving the market share for Commercial Property Finance. To drive the execution of pricing arbitration to retain business and achieve profit targets.

- Bachelor of Commerce (Business Related Degree - NQF7)
- Valid Drivers Licence
- RE5
Minimum Experience
- 5 - 7 years significant experience in developing and managing senior level relationships with business partners; Need to have marketing and sales experience.
- Clearly understands the strategy, vision and culture of Retail Banking and home loans and provides relevant and valuable input into realising these.
- A thorough working knowledge of home loan product and pricing options in the banking sector and amongst alliance partners.
- Thorough knowledge of bond application processing, grant, purchase and registration procedures.
- Seasoned knowledge of lending principles and practices, including an understanding of credit application, securities and balance sheet requirements. A thorough knowledge of the Bank’s sales incentive schemes, policies and procedures. A good understanding of the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA) and the Code of Banking Practice.
- Must have relevant intermediary experience in respect of the FAIS product subcategories applicable to this role.
