KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide surgical case support.
- Ensure customers receive the correct products.
- Educate customers about additional relevant products to drive sales.
- Keep accurate records of cases, product usage, and orders.
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
- Prepare and organize sterile surgical instruments and supplies.
- Assist in theatre cases (CRICE certification required).
- Travel to hospitals as needed to provide case coverage.
- Work closely with the sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to optimize sales.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends when required.
- Maintain a professional, outgoing, and persuasive demeanor.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- A valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
- 1-2 years of experience in a Scrub Tech role.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of human anatomy.
- A BSc Degree/Diploma in a related field is advantageous.
- Familiarity with theatre environments and orthopedic equipment.
