Key Responsibilities:

Accountable for the content, quality and navigation of the online store and communication channels, to deliver the best customer journey.
To Build, Execute, Analyse and report on all digital marketing campaigns & content across channels.
To deliver on Omni KPIS using all levers, engaging content, site & storefront.
Manage customer acquisition and retention.
Accountable for brand campaign management – includes the execution of digital campaigns & the full suite of digital channel reporting
To align digital content across all digital channels.
Manage content calendars together with merchants.
Liaise across Buying, Marketing and Bash
