We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operational Controller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth coordination and execution of daily warehouse operations, with a strong focus on inventory stock control, as well as inbound and outbound .
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage inventory stock levels, ensuring accuracy, proper rotation, and timely replenishment.
- Monitor and coordinate inbound shipments (receiving goods), ensuring timely offloading, inspection, and system capturing.
- Supervise outbound dispatches, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.
- Conduct regular stock counts and investigate variances.
- Work closely with warehouse teams to improve turnaround times and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of all warehouse transactions.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an operational or warehouse control role.
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems and logistics processes.
- Knowledge of inbound and outbound operations, including documentation and compliance.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant warehouse management software (e.g. WMS).
