The Paid Media Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid media campaigns across various platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals, deliver strong ROI, and reach the right audience at the right time.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across platforms such as Tik Tok, X, Meta, and more.
Collaborate with the Marketing and Content teams to align paid campaigns with overall marketing objectives and messaging.
Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and landing page optimization to drive campaign effectiveness.
Set up, monitor, and optimise paid media campaigns to ensure they meet performance goals.
Analyse campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and targeting to maximise campaign ROI.
Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes to implement best practices.
Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create engaging ad creatives.
Implement A/B testing strategies to improve ad performance and conversion rates.
Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
Stay current with emerging paid media trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
Five years of experience in paid media management or digital advertising.
Proficiency in platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
Strong understanding of paid media strategies, tactics, and optimization techniques.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
Certifications in relevant platforms (e.g., Google Ads certification) are a plus.
Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpot.
