Requirements:
- Experience in Magistrates court process and clerk of the court.
- Knowledge of Administration Orders, Debt Reviews and Garnishee orders an adv.
- Must have EAO (Garnishee) Exp.
- LLB Degree or similar qualification
- Minimum 5 years experience.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Client Consults and Queries
- Liaising with Attorneys and Employers
- Attending to daily file Management.
