What you will enjoy doing
- As a Process Automation Specialist, you will design and implement RPA solutions to automate repetitive business processes
- You will develop clear user stories by translating business requirements into actionable automation tasks
- Analyzing process data to identify inefficiencies and uncover automation opportunities will be high on your agenda
- Leading Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence will be expected of you
- You will collaborate with stakeholders across departments to align automation strategies with business goals
- Monitoring and maintaining automation workflows to ensure reliability and performance will be part of your tasks
- Additionally, you will document processes and ensure governance compliance for all automation activities
What makes you great
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent could be achieved by you with an advantage of Industrial Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in process improvement or continuous improvement could be achieved by you
- Knowledge of SCRUM methodology is required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required
