Oyster Plastics is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Production Admin Clerk to join our team for a 6 months FTC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting production reporting, stock control, and administrative functions to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company procedures and ISO standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform stock receipting accurately on SYSPRO.
- Prepare and distribute daily and monthly production reports, including waste tracking and machine-specific data.
- Assist with stock takes, cycle counts, and inventory audits.
- Capture and reconcile stock sheets and assist in investigating stock variances.
- Ensure finished goods are accurately balanced between physical stock and the SYSPRO system.
- Control and manage Petty Cash with proper documentation and reconciliation.
- Generate WIP (Work in Progress) status reports as requested.
- Support inventory accuracy checks and follow-up on discrepancies.
- Ensure all stock movements to the FG Warehouse/Dispatch are receipted promptly and per company procedures.
- Maintain and store production records in line with ISO requirements.
- Assist in preparing documentation and reports for internal audits.
- Conduct daily investigations related to receipting and stock discrepancies.
- Ensure all receipts and reports are double-checked for accuracy and compliance.
- Carry out additional administrative duties as assigned by management.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proficient in SYSPRO or similar ERP system.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in stock control, reporting, and audit preparation is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
