PROJECT MANAGER
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to tender request for proposal (RFP) technical requirements in collaboration with the Bid Office
- Design and develop system and network technical requirements, designs, and technologies
- Create comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Act as the primary point of contact for project/installation team members regarding project activities
- Oversee and manage projects through their entire lifecycle, from inception to completion
- Monitor project deliverables
- Quantify material requirements and coordinate with suppliers to meet project needs
- Ensure projects meet the scope, quality, and cost requirements
- Manage project risks and identify opportunities to fast-track project activities and achieve cost savings
- Ensure deliverables are completed, approved by stakeholders and properly documented
- Escalate and resolve project challenges promptly to maintain progress
- Manage project resources and ensure effective use of materials
- Update relevant stakeholders and team members on the project progress
- Lead, manage, and motivate team members to achieve project objectives
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and monitor progress
- Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
