Oversee and manage full lifecycle of construction projects (design, planning, execution, and delivery)

Lead multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and consultants on-site and off-site

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and authorities to ensure smooth project execution

Identify and resolve project risks and issues promptly

Report regularly on progress to senior management and stakeholders

Minimum Requirements :
Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in building construction

Extensive exposure to design and build projects

Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously

Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills

Deep understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations

Preferred Qualifications:
A degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (advantageous but not mandatory)

Professional registration (SACPCMP or similar) is beneficial

Between 5 - 7 Years
