We are seeking a Project Manager to join our dynamic Program Management Office in the fintech industry. This role is critical in supporting company-wide initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive operational excellence and innovation.
Requirements
Key Duties and Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution across Development, Business Intelligence, Studio, Sales, Operations, Compliance, and other supporting departments to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to avoid delays or issues.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Facilitate collaboration between departments to eliminate bottlenecks and enhance efficiency.
- Support vendor and third-party provider management by monitoring deliverables and aligning timelines.
- Prepare and execute operational readiness plans for brand launches and critical initiatives.
- Serve as a key point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues across operational areas.
- Document project requirements, milestones, and lessons learned to ensure knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
- 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in fintech, financial services, or technology-driven environments.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Monday.com, Jira, or similar).
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or PMO methodologies are considered a strong advantage.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and drive collaboration.
- Time Management Skills: ability to effectively manage time and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Adaptability to High-Performing Environments: proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing team and to adapt to a dynamic environment.
