What you’ll do:
- Provide full administrative support to the sales team
- Prepare documentation, mandates, OTPs, and compliance files
- Manage listings on internal and external platforms
- Liaise with agents, clients, and attorneys to ensure smooth transactions
- Handle data capturing, system updates, and general office duties
What we’re looking for:
- Previous real estate experience
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude
