Position: Remote Transaction Coordinator – U.S. Real Estate Closings
Schedule: Full-Time | U.S. Business Hours

Your Role:
As a Transaction Coordinator, your responsibility is to manage residential deals from contract to close. You’ll be the central point of communication, keeping all parties informed while making sure every file moves forward—no surprises, no dropped balls.
Your Key Tasks:
- Oversee transaction files from signed agreement to final funding
- Track deadlines, gather documents, and follow up with title/escrow teams
- Negotiate payoffs and adjustments, and secure extensions when needed
- Keep buyers, sellers, lenders, and legal teams fully informed
- Maintain clean documentation using InvestorFuse, Google Workspace, Slack, and e-sign tools
- Provide daily updates on closing stats and transaction progress
Who You Are:
- Excellent English communicator, calm under pressure
- Experienced in real estate transactions or U.S. title/escrow
- Able to handle 30+ active files with high accuracy
- Tech-savvy with tools like ChatGPT, CRMs, and G Suite
- Equipped with reliable internet, headset, and dual monitors
- Available full-time during U.S. hours (9 AM–6 PM EST)

- Deal Close Rate – you get deals across the finish line
- Time to Close – the faster the better

Compensation & Benefits:
- $7–$9/hour USD based on experience
- $50 bonus per closed transaction
