Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure a seamless and high-quality guest experience.
- Manage, train, and mentor staff to cultivate a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Optimise operational processes to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Uphold and elevate the brand's standards of service and culinary excellence.
- Develop and maintain staff schedules, ensuring optimal coverage and productivity.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments for cohesive and integrated operations.
- Handle customer feedback effectively to continuously improve the dining experience.
- Manage the front of house, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of restaurant management experience within the hospitality sector.
- Proven success in overseeing restaurant operations and leading teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and a commitment to staying informed.
