About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive RTM Co-Ordinator to join our growing Property Management team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience—perhaps from a reception, admin, or coordination background—who is fully committed to working from home and eager to grow their career.
You’ll play a key role in coordinating the Right to Manage (RTM) process, ensuring smooth client communications, accurate documentation, and on-time delivery of milestones. Full training will be provided on UK-specific legislation and procedures, so no prior property management experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the RTM process from initial contact through to completion
- Manage client onboarding and maintain regular communication
- Draft proposals and create property overviews using CANVA
- Maintain trackers, update the CRM (Pipedrive), and prepare reports
- Schedule key meetings, send invites, and monitor deadlines
- Oversee marketing materials, brochures, and content updates
- Support basic finance-related tasks (e.g., invoice submissions) before handover to Finance
Skills & Experience
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software quickly
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup
- Familiarity with CRM systems and design tools like CANVA
- Experience in property management, legal administration, or compliance
- Experience coordinating multi-step processes or projects
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 to 18:00
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: R18,000 per month (depending on experience)

Please Note: Applicants must be based in the Cape Town/Winelands area or nearby, with the ability to attend occasional in-person meetings in Stellenbosch. A stable internet connection is essential, particularly during periods of load shedding.
