Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) qualification
- Computer literacy and comfortable navigating digital systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Previous call centre experience will be advantageous
- A resilient, goal‑driven mindset, energy, and authenticity
- No criminal record
