About the Position
We are seeking a results-driven, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team in the industrial rigging and heavy lifting sector. This is a client-facing role that requires both technical knowledge and sales experience in the rigging industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, scoping work, and driving revenue.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within industrial and construction sectors
- Conduct client visits to scope rigging, lifting, and heavy equipment relocation jobs
- Develop tailored proposals and quotations aligned with client requirements
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers
- Collaborate closely with the operations and technical teams to ensure job feasibility and accuracy in quoting
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and performance KPIs
- Maintain an active client pipeline and CRM records
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and past clients to generate repeat business
- Attend industry events, site meetings, and relevant networking sessions to promote company services
- Provide feedback to internal departments regarding customer needs, product enhancements, and market trends
- Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols during scoping or client site visits
Requirements
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ proven experience in sales, preferably within rigging, lifting, construction, or industrial services
- Technical knowledge of rigging and lifting equipment, methods, and safety practices
- Strong understanding of machinery moving, site surveys, and load planning is highly advantageous
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, with a proactive and results-oriented approach
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle (essential)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and quote tracking tools
