Dear Future, Sales Support Specialist DThe role requires you to provide support and service to the front line with regard to setting up users, user structures and access, and effecting any changes thereto Ensures maintenance of frontline portfolios and to provide support through testing of system glitches, and user/quality testing Conduct training and regional visits, and works closely with developers to identify problems and issues
Are you someone who can:
- Manage & execute a campaign
- Coaching & training
- Trouble-shoot and assist with queries and escalations.
- Stakeholder management and relationship building
- Sales performance measurement and tracking
Role-based:
Travelling (80% -85%), thus Own transport. Need to visit branches. 20% office bound.
Areas to be travelled too:
Gauteng North
You will be an ideal candidate if you have the following:
- Matric, NQF or more.
- RE5: Preferential
- Experience: 3 - 5 or more years within Sales Support role.
- Preferential: Insurance related experience and knowledge.
