THE OPPORTUNITY:
As part of our AI-first strategy, we are hiring selectively - bringing in individuals who elevate capability, productivity, and innovation. We’re looking for a Salesforce Platform Specialist and subject matter expert (SME) - someone who can own, configure, and evolve Salesforce to help us scale smarter.
This role supports the entire client lifecycle-from marketing and presales through to sales, implementation, and service delivery. You’ll work across teams to simplify workflows, automate manual processes, and implement intelligent Salesforce solutions that increase efficiency and enable growth.
We’re looking for someone with an AI-first mindset-someone who’s excited about automation and the use of intelligent tools to solve real business problems.
WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO:
Salesforce Administration and SME Ownership
- Administer, maintain, and optimize Salesforce, including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud
- Serve as the internal Salesforce go-to expert, responsible for platform architecture, automation, and best practices
- Build advanced Flows, Apex classes, triggers, and custom configurations
- Design intelligent case routing, task automation, and scalable team workflows
Automation & AI Enablement
- Identify repetitive or manual processes across departments and automate them using Salesforce Flow, Apex, or declarative tools
- Collaborate on the design and integration of AI agents, decision-support tools, and internal chat-based assistants within Salesforce
- Lead internal experiments to validate AI-driven Salesforce workflows and ensure measurable impact
- Monitor system performance and proactively recommend automation opportunities that align with business goals
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Implementation, Service, Product, and Technology teams to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions
- Provide user onboarding, training, and enablement
- Maintain clear documentation for system architecture, automation logic, and usage guidelines
Data Integrity & Governance
- Manage user access, data cleanliness, and system integrations
- Define and enforce best practices for scalable, efficient Salesforce use
- Continuously evolve Salesforce in partnership with key stakeholders to support business objectives
- Build and distribute recurring and ad hoc reports aligned with team KPIs
- Stay current with new Salesforce features and functionality, and proactively recommend adoption
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years’ experience as a Salesforce specialist/SME in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud
- Proven ability to design Flows, build Apex triggers and classes, and manage automation processes
- A strong AI-first mindset, with a passion for automation and low-code/no-code Salesforce solutions
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to work independently
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)
- Sales Cloud Consultant and/or Service Cloud Consultant certifications (advantageous)
