Senior Call Centre Agent

Then it’s time to take the next step in your career with Stage Zero. We are looking for a high-performing Senior Sales Call Centre Agent to join our Cape Town-based team. This role is ideal for a confident, target-driven individual with a proven record of success in call center sales—especially within solar, backup, or portable power solutions.
POSITION LOCATION: Cape Town - Office-based role with rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
SALARY: Basic plus commission
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:
- Matric (Grade 12) – Essential
- Minimum 5 years' experience in call center sales
- CRM software experience (1-2 years minimum)
- Proven ability to meet and exceed performance KPIs
- Knowledge of solar/backup power a major bonus!
NECESSARY EXPERIENCE & INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE:
- Drive sales of solar, backup, and portable energy products
- Handle inbound and outbound sales across calls, WhatsApp, email, chat & social media.
- Lead cold calling campaigns to grow our customer base.
- Guide customers through their journey with empathy and efficiency.
- Upsell, cross-sell, and turn every interaction into an opportunity.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance in CRM systems.
- Ability to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and digital.
- Working independently and as part of a high-performing team
- Staying cool under pressure and driven by targets
- Using tools like Microsoft Office and CRM systems like a pro
