Role Overview
We're seeking senior, full-stack Customer Success Managers to own client relationships, drive conversions, and scale success across our portfolio. You'll start hands-on: converting sign-ups from campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Reddit), reactivating churned/inactive clients, upgrading existing ones, and securing referrals to close new deals. This is a senior role—no juniors—requiring proven expertise in full-cycle customer success, from lead nurturing to expansion strategies. Opportunities available with focus on:
- Serverion.com: Tech/geek networks, server hosting growth, referrals from existing clients.
- eKomi.com (UK Market): Review collection reactivation, client upgrades, and referral-driven sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert new sign-ups from marketing campaigns (e.g., not handled by existing team members).
- Reactivate churned or inactive clients through targeted outreach (calls, texts, emails).
- Upgrade/expand active clients by identifying growth needs (e.g., more servers for Serverion or enhanced review tools for eKomi).
- Proactively seek referrals from existing clients and close deals from those prospects.
- For eKomi-specific: Restart review collection for stalled clients.
- Track and report on KPIs like conversions, reactivations, upgrades, and referral closes.
- Collaborate with operations to standardize processes and train future team members.
Requirements
- Senior Experience: 5+ years in customer success, sales, or account management—full-stack skills required (lead gen to retention/expansion). No entry-level applicants.
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS, hosting, or reviews/ratings industries (experience with tech clients a plus).
- Strong communication skills: Comfortable with calls, texts, and building referral networks.
- Analytical mindset: Track KPIs and use data to drive results.
- Familiarity with tools like CRM systems, Google Ads leads, or review platforms.
- For UK focus: Experience in the UK market preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; tech-savvy with networks in IT/hosting a bonus.
