HR Generalist
Location: Cape Town CBD
Salary: R30 000 – R35 000 per month
A leading debt collection company in the financial services sector, based in Cape Town CBD, is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage the full human resources function of our 120-seater call centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruitment and onboarding
- Coordination of training and development initiatives
- Employee engagement and wellness programmes
- Talent management and performance monitoring
- Implementation of retention strategies
- Industrial and employee relations, including disciplinary processes
- Payroll processing on VIP
- General HR administration and compliance
Minimum Requirements:
- A qualification in Human Resource Management or Industrial Psychology is advantageous
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an HR Generalist in a call centre environment
- Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation and HR practices
- Experience working with VIP Payroll
- Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
