- Develop & implement parts pricing strategies to meet the company's standards, policies & procedures.
- Ensure that pricing strategies increase the volume and profitability of the company.
- Perform financial evaluations to assess effectiveness of pricing strategies.
- Partner with internal departments to assess integrated plus profit maximizing approach to market
- Conduct special projects such as maintaining the MAN’s online parts ordering system MAN PartsBase.
- Ensure adherence to ICS controls & conduct controls via compliance to rules & processes.
- Assist with parts budget planning (CAMP) & PRxy calculations NSC level.
- Assist with parts budget calculations at dealer level.
- Guide the budget and PRxy process for After Sales.
- Maintain CAMP calculation tools including vehicle park data management.
- Forecast the FY performance on dealer level using the relevant predictions.
- Point out counter measures for a negative budget deviation.
- Oversee Parts Sales and Service Quality Performance Reporting.
- Prepare & send the Parts Sales Performance Report (dealer level) daily including parts returns.
- Prepare the BRM CSM submission.
- Run competitor and market analyses & benchmarks, even outside the car/commercial vehicle industry.
- Obtain and evaluate customer & dealer feedback.
- Faciliate Price Research Management against our key competitors.
- Conduct competitive market research, price analysis and mystery shopping on parts.
- Drive new product development with LINE360 & Ecoline to improve our retail penetration rate.
- Develop an annual Marketing/Campaign plan including both central and local campaign initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business Analytics or Business Administration.

- Able to complete statistical analysis & solve complex problems through the analysis of data.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.

Experience:
- Experience working in Parts and/or Pricing Departments in Manufacturing, Automotive or Spare Parts - 5 years.
- Knowledge of business informatics & economics - 2 years.
- Appropriate professional experience in the automotive After Sales industry - 5 years.
