This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and service management skills to maintain positive relationships and ensure timely resolution of service issues.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide responsive support to clients and partners via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Handle support tickets and ensure timely resolution of client/partner concerns
- Conduct follow-ups and client satisfaction check-ins
- Process and document daily inspection reports and send them to clients
- Support partner management with monthly coaching calls and ongoing communication
- Assist with administrative tasks and ensure accurate reporting
- Participate in the “On-Call” after-hours support rotation as scheduled
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of proven customer service or client support experience
- Background in client retention or B2B services is a strong advantage
- Exceptional English communication skills (written & verbal – 9/10 or higher)
- High attention to detail in documentation and note-taking
- Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines consistently
- Confident in negotiation and conflict resolution
- Willingness to work scheduled after-hours support
- Reliable home office setup: fast internet, USB headset, webcam, and quiet workspace
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive, Gmail)
- Experience with HubSpot and RingCentral (preferred)
- A positive attitude, proactive mindset, and strong sense of accountability
Compensation & Schedule
- Base Pay: $1,170 CAD per month
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Mountain Time)
