Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the site budgets to meet financial objectives and provide a monthly report to Snr Facilities Manager on or before 2nd of each month detailing with:
- Executive Summary, planned maintenance schedule
- Financial Status, Operational Exceptions, Health & Safety, Help Desk statistics
- Develop and maintain a successful business partnership with the client.
- Manage all aspects of partner interactions with client and & Tsebo FS.
- Ensure outputs of SLA and Management Contract are maintained.
- Develop, implement and maintain best practices for client services.
- Ensure agreements/contracts entered into with external service providers.
- Ensure mechanisms are in place for effective performance management and review of subcontractors.
- Develop Planned Preventative Maintenance Plans and a list of capital improvements.
- Monitor help desk statistics and audit to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements
- Manage an effective, efficient team. Delegate work appropriately to subordinates to ensure efficient and speedy client service.
- Review contractual obligations with external service providers, annually before the anniversary date. Revise if necessary.
- Ensure Tsebo FS contractual and statutory obligations and responsibilities are compliant and in accordance with the SLA agreement.
- Adhere to the TFS’s Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) Management System’s Policies & Procedures of as applicable to this position.

Skills and Competencies
- Good financial and business acumen.
- Working knowledge of equipment, materials and supplies used in facilities management.
- Good understanding of SLA’s and Management contracts.
- Operational experience at senior level.
- Knowledge of LRA and managing labour relations issues.
- Valid driver’s licence and own transport.
- Must be approachable and presentable.
- Must be punctual and reliable.
- Must be self motivated and team orientated.
- Must be courteous and helpful.
- Must have a positive disposition and personality.
- Must be energetic and be able to work under pressure.
- Must have the ability to deliver high quality customer service consistently.
- Ability to display professionalism.
- Must have good interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Grade 12.
- Appropriate tertiary education is preferred or equivalent
- 5-10 years experience in Facilities; Property or Project Management or equivalent knowledge and skills.
