Tsebo Facilties Soluions is looking for a Site Manager to provide managerial and supervisory direction with regard to service delivery in order to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage the site budgets to meet financial objectives and provide a monthly report to Snr Facilities Manager on or before 2nd of each month detailing with:
    • Executive Summary, planned maintenance schedule
    • Financial Status, Operational Exceptions, Health & Safety, Help Desk statistics
  • Develop and maintain a successful business partnership with the client.
  • Manage all aspects of partner interactions with client and & Tsebo FS.
  • Ensure outputs of SLA and Management Contract are maintained.
  • Develop, implement and maintain best practices for client services.
  • Ensure agreements/contracts entered into with external service providers.
  • Ensure mechanisms are in place for effective performance management and review of subcontractors.
  • Develop Planned Preventative Maintenance Plans and a list of capital improvements.
  • Monitor help desk statistics and audit to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements
  • Manage an effective, efficient team. Delegate work appropriately to subordinates to ensure efficient and speedy client service.
  • Review contractual obligations with external service providers, annually before the anniversary date. Revise if necessary.
  • Ensure Tsebo FS contractual and statutory obligations and responsibilities are compliant and in accordance with the SLA agreement.
  • Adhere to the TFS’s Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) Management System’s Policies & Procedures of as applicable to this position.
  • Any reasonable action requested by management

Skills and Competencies

  • Good financial and business acumen.
  • Working knowledge of equipment, materials and supplies used in facilities management.
  • Good understanding of SLA’s and Management contracts.
  • Operational experience at senior level.
  • Knowledge of LRA and managing labour relations issues.
  • Valid driver’s licence and own transport.
  • Must be approachable and presentable.
  • Must be punctual and reliable.
  • Must be self motivated and team orientated.
  • Must be courteous and helpful.
  • Must have a positive disposition and personality.
  • Must be energetic and be able to work under pressure.
  • Must have the ability to deliver high quality customer service consistently.
  • Ability to display professionalism.
  • Must have good interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Grade 12.
  • Appropriate tertiary education is preferred or equivalent
  • 5-10 years experience in Facilities; Property or Project Management or equivalent knowledge and skills.
