About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Administrator to manage LinkedIn content across multiple brands and personal director profiles. This is a fully remote position based in South Africa, supporting a group of UK-based service businesses including:
- Aquilo Facilities Management
- Nirvana Group (Cleaning Services)
- URBN Maintenance
- Notus Support Services
You will be responsible for creating, scheduling and managing engaging LinkedIn content that supports brand growth, increases visibility, and enhances professional reputation across our brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and publish content for company LinkedIn pages and senior director profiles
- Develop and manage a weekly/monthly content calendar
- Write clear, engaging, and brand-appropriate post copy
- Design simple graphics using tools like Canva or Adobe Express
- Track engagement and suggest improvements based on analytics
- Maintain consistent tone and style across multiple brands
- Respond to comments and manage basic interactions where needed
Requirements
Essential:
- Proven experience managing LinkedIn accounts and content
- Excellent written English (grammar, tone, and clarity)
- Able to work independently, meet deadlines and take initiative
- Own IT equipment and stable internet connection
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
Desirable:
- Graphic design skills using Canva or similar
- Experience using content scheduling tools (e.g. Buffer, Later, Hootsuite)
- Previous work with UK-based or service-sector brands
- Familiarity with LinkedIn analytics and content trends
