Job Description
To provide specialist solution advise and to design a solution that best meets the needs of the client To coordinate the implementation of the designed solution, managing the project implementation across the relevant business units- Drive the strategic roadmap for Financial Education and Financial Wellness
- Translate business goals into actionable solution designs and capability enhancements
- Develop business cases to support investment in new tools, content, and platforms
- Lead the design and delivery of scalable, user-centric solutions that promote financial literacy and wellness
- Collaborate with IT, UX, and content teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption
- Apply behavioural insights and adult learning principles to enhance engagement and impact
- Build strong relationships across the FRG and broader business units to align on priorities and execution
- Facilitate workshops, feedback sessions, and co-creation initiatives with key stakeholders
- Act as a strategic partner to internal teams, ensuring alignment with broader organisational goals
- Ensure all solutions comply with relevant regulatory, legislative, and audit requirements
- Maintain clear documentation and reporting to support transparency and governance
- Analyse data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for capability enhancement
- Compile regular reports to track progress and inform strategic decisions
- Continuously assess solution effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Participate in communities of practice and contribute to organisational learning
- Stay informed on trends in financial wellness, digital education, and behavioural design
- Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Education, Information Systems, or a related field (NQF Level 7)
- Qualifications in Adult Education, Behavioural Science, Digital Learning, or Organisational Development is advantageous
- Certifications in Business Analysis /Project Management are beneficial
- Exposure to digital platforms, data analytics, or UX/UI principles is a plus
- 3–5 years’ experience in business analysis, capability development, or learning solution design
- Experience in financial wellness, employee education, or customer enablement programs
- Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives
