Job Title: Spanish Speaking Representative

About the Role:
We are looking for fluent Spanish speakers to join our dynamic BPO team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions on behalf of our global clients, providing exceptional service and support in Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with Spanish-speaking customers via phone.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and technical issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective resolution.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
- Follow standard operating procedures and service level agreements.
Minimum Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish (verbal and written)
- Proficient in English for internal communication
- Matric or equivalent (a qualification in customer service is a plus)
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in a contact center or customer service environment.
- Computer literate with strong typing and data entry skills
- Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
