We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Supply Chain Administrator to join our team. As a Supply Chain Administrator you will administrate parcels stored in stores for our e-commerce customers working closely with store staff and management teams to ensure seamless handovers to customers.
This position requires exceptional communication skills, strong data-handling capabilities, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of supply chain principles.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Monitor parcels delivered to stores, providing feedback to customer support where requested
- Provide real-time support where needed with store staff
- Follow SOP’s and escalate where SOP’s need updating
- Track key KPIs at a store level, communicating reporting to Area Managers and Store Managers
- Conduct in-store site visits to monitor processes on the ground
- Conduct training sessions with staff to ensure that processes are followed
- Conduct investigations into ageing parcels not handed over and escalating these in the correct channels
- Highlight SLA failures where identified in the reporting and relentlessly push for improvements
- Work cross-functionally with the service provider to ensure compliance
- Step in to support additional functions outside of your core responsibilities when business needs require it
WHO YOU ARE:
This job is for you if you have:
- 1+ years experience in supply chain coordination, preferably in store operations
- Reliable transport to travel to the office and conduct in-store visits
- Online / eCommerce / Omni-channel fulfilment experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Good analytical skills to analyse data and make informed decisions
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across different departments
- Willingness to adapt to changes in the supply chain and proactively seek solutions.

- Capable of working independently and efficiently, while contributing effectively to team efforts with strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
