As a Sales Team Leader in a dynamic, multi-campaign call centre environment, you’ll drive team performance, ensure campaign excellence, and translate strategy into results. Reporting to the Team Manager, you’ll lead execution, coach your team, and deliver insights that shape future sales success.
- Qualifications: Matric
3–5 years in sales within a call centre environment with proven target achievement.
1 year in a leadership role, preferrably in a multi-campaign call centre setting
Strong campaign management and performance tracking skills.
Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Knowledge of consultative and value-based selling.
Strong analytical, coaching, and communication abilities.
Familiarity with ethical sales practices and regulatory standards.
