Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Experienced Telesales Executive with strong knowledge of UK business practices and market dynamics. The ideal candidate will be skilled in building rapport over the phone, identifying business opportunities, and converting leads into sales. You will play a vital role in driving revenue growth by connecting with decision-makers, understanding their needs, and promoting our products/services effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing business clients across the UK.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through research, database management, and lead follow-up.
- Develop a strong understanding of our products/services and tailor pitches to suit UK business needs.
- Engage with decision-makers, handle objections, and close sales in line with set targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up on warm leads and re-engage lapsed customers.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with telesales activities.
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for call volume, conversions, and revenue.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Ensure all interactions comply with UK data protection (GDPR) and telemarketing regulations.

- Proven telesales or inside sales experience in a UK business environment.
- Strong knowledge of UK business culture, market sectors, and buying cycles.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and manage relationships with diverse business stakeholders.
- Confident in handling objections and negotiating over the phone.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and telephony tools.
