We are seeking to employ a Transfers Conveyancing Secretary to assistance in our transfers department.

- Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure.
- Experience in a law firm or conveyancing department, particularly in handling various property transactions
- Must have comprehensive knowledge on the property transfer process and all parties involved in the conveyancing process.
- Conveyancing financial knowledge and ability to draft preliminary and final accounts.
- Proficiency in Conveyancing Software (Lexis Convey, E4, SearchWorks Windeed).
