We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive with a proven track record in sales. The ideal candidate will be confident in closing deals, consistently achieve sales targets, and play a key role in driving revenue growth.
This role is fully remote. Candidates must be flexible to work in one or more of the following shifts
- Shift 1: 1:00 AM – 10:00 AM SAST
- Shift 2: 3:00 AM – 12:00 PM SAST
- Shift 3: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM SAST
Flexibility may be required depending on regional business needs. Candidates must have their own laptop, stable internet connection, and all tools necessary to work effectively.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demos to showcase value
- Close deals for software subscriptions
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with customers
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities through the full sales cycle
- Keep detailed records of all customer interactions within the CRM system
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and after-sales support
- Stay updated on new features, services, and industry trends to strengthen client conversations
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience preferably in a SaaS environment (B2B environment required)
- Demonstrated ability to consistently close deals and meet/exceed sales quotas
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation and consultative selling skills
- Motivated self-starter with a target-driven and results-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently while adhering to flexible working hours
- Experience with CRM systems and online communication tools
- Resilient personality with the ability to handle objections and rejections positively
Package & Remuneration
