Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Cross-Selling Strategy: Identify and pursue opportunities to introduce additional software products and services that align with client needs.
- Sales Growth: Meet or exceed cross-sell and upsell targets by developing tailored account strategies.
- Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of our software solutions and how they address client challenges.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and technical teams to deliver value-added solutions.
- Reporting & CRM: Track all client interactions, opportunities, and pipeline activities using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in account management or B2B software sales.
- Proven success in cross-selling or upselling within existing accounts.
- Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud-based solutions, or enterprise software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a fast-paced tech or SaaS environment.
- Familiarity with consultative or solution-based selling.
- Technical aptitude to understand and explain software features and benefits.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
