This is a full-time role for an Account Manager, located in South Africa, working Australian hours (we will be flexible with this). The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include facilitating communication between our customers and resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. The Account Manager will also conduct regular check-ins with clients and work closely with the sales and support teams to meet company objectives.
We are a big believer of you managing your patch and as long as you get the work done we don't mind how you do it or how long it takes.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Great phone manner
Proven experience in Account Management and Customer Service
Strong problem-solving
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant technology
Account management experience (2+ years)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (not a requirement, but preferred)
Must be able to work hybrid Australian hours
