At Pavago, we are hiring for one of our clients in the digital marketing and SEO industry. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong foundation in ecommerce account management, particularly those with experience working on Shopify platforms and managing US-based B2C clients.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Oversight & Strategy Execution
- Manage national ecommerce SEO campaigns, ensuring timely execution and alignment with client goals
- Track and optimize performance metrics based on key B2C ecommerce KPIs
- Act as the primary point of contact for US-based clients, delivering clear, insightful updates on campaign performance
- Build lasting relationships by understanding client goals and tailoring SEO strategies accordingly
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and early engagement
- Address client concerns proactively and maintain a high level of client satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal SEO and content teams to align on strategy, timelines, and deliverables
- Ensure that all client-facing updates are accurate and based on real-time campaign data
- Use tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console to create data-driven reports
- Highlight key takeaways in performance reports and translate technical insights into actionable client strategies
- Proven Success in Ecommerce SEO: You’ve led successful B2C-focused SEO campaigns for ecommerce brands, particularly on platforms like Shopify, and understand what it takes to drive visibility and conversions
- Client Partnership Mindset: You view client relationships as strategic partnerships, are proactive in delivering value, and maintain long-term trust
- Clear & Confident Communicator: You explain complex SEO insights clearly and professionally, aligned with US-based client expectations
- Insight-Driven & Results-Focused: You extract meaningful insights from data and adapt strategies based on clear KPIs
- Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented: You manage multiple accounts simultaneously while keeping track of deliverables and deadlines
- Comfortable with Collaboration Tools: You are experienced with Zoom, Slack, Zoho, and similar platforms for seamless communication
- 3–5 years of experience in ecommerce SEO and account management
- Previous experience working with Shopify platforms
- Strong command of Google Analytics and Google Search Console (GSC)
- Proficiency in Zoom, Slack, Zoho, and Kixie
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a neutral accent
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Prior experience working with US-based B2C clients is essential
Your day will involve managing multiple E-commerce SEO accounts, preparing performance updates, and engaging directly with clients via Zoom or Slack. You’ll work closely with internal SEO teams to keep campaigns on track and translate technical results into clear, actionable recommendations. From onboarding new B2C clients to improving visibility and conversions, your work will help ecommerce brands compete and grow online.
