About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to support our network of professional tattoo artists across the UK. This role is fully remote and ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, thrives on accuracy, and has a passion for keeping financial operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform bank reconciliations for multiple tattoo artist accounts.
- Assist with creditor and debtor invoicing – preparing, issuing, and tracking invoices.
- Support payment processing for both suppliers and artists.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Communicate with artists and suppliers to resolve invoice or payment queries.
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the finance team as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related finance role.
- Strong understanding of bank reconciliation and accounts payable/receivable processes.
- Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and professional email etiquette.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Must be South Africa-based to work effectively with local banking and payment processes.

Pay: R17 800,00 per month
