Admin Position Available – BROEDERSTROOM
We are seeking a reliable and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team on-site at a residential estate construction project in Broederstroom.
MUST currently reside in or very close to Broederstroom. Errand running is a key part of this role.
Own car and valid Code 8 driver’s license are essential.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in an administrative role within a residential estate or construction environment
- English as a first language – excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Fast learner with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Must already live in or near Broederstroom – no time for relocation or accommodation arrangements

Key Responsibilities Include:
- General office admin and daily site documentation
- Filing, scanning, photocopying and data capturing
- Managing site registers, time sheets, delivery notes and material lists
- Communicating with suppliers, subcontractors and site staff
- Maintaining compliance records for health & safety files
- Drafting basic correspondence, quotations, and reports
- Stock control and ordering of office/safety materials
- Running errands between suppliers, municipal offices, or sites
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 07:00 – 16:30
- Flexibility may be required depending on site needs and delivery schedules
