- Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements.
- Provide efficient and effective administration support to ensure accuracy in the functional area.
- Provide timeous and accurate management information.
- Plan and manage performance, skills development, employment equity, talent and culture of team in order to improve innovation, achieve efficiencies and increase competencies.
- Applying for system access for staff
- Signing of EOS reports (HASS and RACF)
- Applying for assets of new and existing staff members
- Assisting with on and off boardings of stakeholders
- Assisting with access to Parking
- Ordering of access cards for guests
- Updating BRP
- Capturing of Invoices
- Travel booking for supported stakeholders
You’ll Be an Ideal Candidate If You Have
- A minimum qualification of NQF6
- Have a minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role
- Excellent Stakeholder engagement skills
- You are a self-starter and can work independently with little and no guidance
