Affiliate Operations Admin assistant

Job Purpose:

This role requires you to provide administrative support to the Acquisition Operations Manager. Your core focus will be maintaining internal and external systems and processes in the operations area for the Paid Media team.

Responsibilities include the following:

• Acquisition Team Support

• Mass Base Support
  • Pulling of trackers for affiliates
  • Quality Control of trackers
• Site Audit Consolidation

• Tracker Hygiene | Audits
• Briefing into Studio
Mass Mailers

• 
  
• Assisting Acquisition Operations Manager:
  • Quarterly projects
  • Daily tasks including affiliate queries and forums
  • My Affiliates updates and notifications
  • Managing Jira Tickets

• 
  Adhoc Responsibilities
  • Landing Pages | Bonuses | Systems
    • Uploading and Maintaining Landing Pages
      • Best Landing Pages Feedback
    • Assisting with Bonuses on CMS | Insights and MA
      • Best Bonuses Feedback
• Updating and maintaining CMS
• Media Library
  • Assisting with the upload and maintenance of the Media Kit
  • Assisting with briefing to the Marketing Team
• Uploading and maintaining My Affiliates Media Library

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience working in the iGaming Industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Preferably Excel).

Advantageous:

• Previous experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of and experience with digital marketing tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Any other language will be considered an advantage.
