Be a Part of Lenovo's Success Story!
We are seeking an APOS Services Sales Specialist to join our EMEA Services Sales team, focus on accelerating growth in our warranty renewals business.
You will join an engaging, energetic, and entrepreneurial team focused on a key part of our services business. You will report to the EMEA APOS Sales Manager based in the UK, and be a part of the SSG (Solutions & Services Group) organization structure, working within dedicated territory of Middle East, Turkey and Africa.
Your Responsibilities:
- Drive warranty renewals and upsell services within the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa.
- Meet revenue targets and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Support local teams with RFP responses and customer engagement.
- Maintain strong product knowledge to assess client needs effectively.
- Manage high-volume outbound communication via phone and email.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve sales processes and customer experience.
- Keep CRM systems updated with accurate and timely data
Position Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience working in a customer service or sales capacity preferred
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with customers in a fast-paced environment while developing positive customer relationships
- Demonstrated aptitude and success to learn and optimize new technology and data
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written), business fluent English
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM preferred
