Purpose of Position:
Responsible for the performance of multiple depots, managing the processes, operations, and Phleb Leads to ensure operational goals are met and high-quality standards are maintained.Requirements:
Management qualification (Required), Relevant HPCSA/SANC registration (Required), Relevant Phlebotomy or Nursing qualification (Required)Required Experience:
3 or more years' experience as a Phlebotomy Lead or similar position, having managed people, quality, expenses, and day-to-day operations of a depot within a Pathology environment., Up to 6 years of experience working in a depot within a pathology environmentKey Responsibilities:
Compile and manage the budget (for relevant depots) to control expenses, ensure the correct allocation of funds, and drive efficiency., Maintain and drive a culture of superior customer experience., Manage the operations of the relevant depots to ensure alignment with operational goals., Manage the quality control of the relevant depots to ensure standards are maintained., Oversee the people management of relevant depots and ensure a positive work environment and high-performing culture.Applicants must have a South African ID or a valid South African work permit.
