Requirements
- A relevant Trade Test Qualification as a Boilermaker or
Boilermaker or Millwright would be preferred.
- 1-2 years’ experience required.
- Knowledge of the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
- Supervisory Experience advantageous.
- Valid driver’s licence advantageous.
- Must be physically fit and able bodied.
- Compulsory to work after hours and over the weekend.
- Compulsory to do standby duty.
- Managing the optimal control of Urban Waste Management
conduct pro-active and reactive maintenance including
checking, greasing, fitting, turning, welding, etc. on plant and
equipment in accordance with plan and OEM manuals.
- Planned and predictive maintenance.
- Completing internal transactional documentation.
- Utilise and maintain all maintenance plant and equipment
- Plant, equipment and container maintenance.
- Attending to breakdowns and fault finding.
